Stop chasing.
Start getting paid.

Most small businesses are sitting on thousands of pounds they're already owed. Let's go and get it.

  • First invoice free
  • No card required
  • Set up in under 2 minutes

You did the work. Now you're the one doing the chasing.

You write the email on Sunday night. You soften it. You delete it. You send something apologetic a week later, and they still don't pay. Meanwhile the van needs tyres and the materials bill is due.

62%

of invoices from UK small businesses get paid late.

5 weeks

the average time an invoice sits there unpaid.

£22,000

the money a typical small business is owed at any one time.

We ask for the money, so you don't have to.

Every invoice gets a complete, professional recovery — calm at the start, clear in the middle and formal if it needs to be. The same approach a good bookkeeper takes, working away in the background so the chasing never lands on your desk.

  1. 01

    Starts gently

A polite first approach. Most invoices are settled right here.

  2. 02

    Gets firmer

Clear, professional follow-ups that leave no room for doubt.

  3. 03

    Ends formally

A letter before action under UK law — the step before court.

One upload. We handle the rest.

Getting paid shouldn't be another full-time job. Upload your invoice once and let Duno take it from there.

01

Upload your invoice

A PDF or a photo is all we need. We'll securely pull out the important details for you to check before anything is sent.

02

Choose your style

Friendly. Professional. Firm. You're always in control. We'll match your preferred approach while protecting your customer relationships.

03

We'll take it from here

Behind the scenes, Duno manages every follow-up, tracks every interaction and keeps things moving until your invoice is resolved.

You stay informed. We handle the hard part.

You stay in charge of the whole thing.

Nothing goes out without you seeing it

You approve every message before it goes out. Change the wording if you want to — it's your name on it.

It ends with teeth

If it needs to, the recovery ends with a formal letter before action under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 — the same step a solicitor would take first.

Your customers stay your customers

Invoices are stored securely, never shared, never sold. Close your account and we delete the lot.

Stop it any time

Mark an invoice paid or pause the chase and everything stops that second. No contract, no phone call to cancel.

Fair questions

Will this annoy my customers?+

It shouldn't. You pick the tone, and everything we send is polite the way a good invoice chaser is polite — clear about the money, decent about the relationship. Most people simply pay.

Am I allowed to do this?+

Yes. You're owed the money and you're asking for it. If it gets that far, the recovery ends with a formal letter before action, which mentions the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 — the law that lets you charge interest on a late invoice. We're not solicitors and we don't give legal advice.

What if they pay halfway through?+

Tap 'Paid' and everything stops that second. You can pause a chase whenever you like, no reason needed.

Do the emails come from me or from you?+

From you. Your name, your business, your wording. There's nothing on them that says Duno.

How long does it take to set up?+

About two minutes for the first one. After that it's a photo and a tap.

What does it cost?+

Your first invoice is free and we don't ask for a card. After that it's £12 a month, as many invoices as you like. One click to cancel.
